食材 ( 2 人份 ) <br />
鴨腿 2支 有機Q梅 10顆 麥芽(紅砂糖) 3-4大匙 <br />

醃料<br />
蔥段 1支 薑片 15克 米酒 1大匙 醬油 1.5大匙<br />

作法<br />

備好所需食材.... <br />
2 <br />
將鴨腿加入醃料放置30分鐘... <br />
3 <br />
然後將麥芽糖(or紅糖)加水煮開備用... <br />
4 <br />
將醃好的鴨腿,抹上少許的鹽,再刷上一層糖衣.... <br />
5 <br />
烤箱先預熱10分鐘後,將鴨腿放入烤25分鐘(上下火烤180度),視每台烤箱不一,增減溫度... <br />
6 <br />
熱鍋倒油,加入有機Q梅、麥芽糖,開始收汁(約15-20分鐘),兩面金黃上色即可.... <br />
7 <br />
最後盛盤就完成囉~ <br />
