澎湖海菜 1盒 150克 吻仔魚 適量 嫩豆腐 1盒 蛋 2顆 鰹魚粉 適量 鹽 適量 香油 少許 太白粉水 少許<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
海菜、吻仔魚洗淨,豆腐切小塊,蛋打散備用。 <br />
2 <br />
海菜、吻仔魚、 豆腐加水煮滾一下,再加入鹽、鰹魚粉調味,用太白粉水勾薄芡,加入蛋液煮成蛋花。 <br />
3 <br />
起鍋前滴點香油即可。<br />
