材料<br />

肉絲40公克、香菇2朵、筍絲1/3杯、蔥花1大匙、麵粉2/3杯<br />

調味:<br />

醬油1茶匙、鹽1/2茶匙<br />
<br />
醃肉料:醬油1茶匙、水2茶匙、太白粉1/2茶匙<br />

預備:<br />

肉絲用醃肉料拌勻,醃10分鐘。香菇泡軟後切絲<br />
<br />
作法:<br />
<br />
1.炒鍋內先放進1大匙油,把香菇、筍絲和蔥花炒香,加入醬油,再倒入3杯水,煮滾後放入麵疙瘩。<br />
2.再煮滾後放下肉絲,要攪動肉絲,不要黏在一起。加鹽調味即可。<br />
