豆芽菜 10-15元 紅蘿蔔絲 1/2條 冬粉 8個 韭菜(切約4-5公分段) 5株 蒜片 5-6顆 白芝麻 少許 <br />

調味料<br />
泰山第一道冷壓橄欖油 2大匙 四季醬油膏 1.5大匙 四季醬油 1大匙 辣豆瓣醬 3大匙 水 1/2碗<br />

作法<br />

備料 <br />

將冬粉泡軟後汆燙至熟起鍋備用 <br />
3 <br />
再將豆芽.韭菜.紅蘿蔔絲放入汆燙約30min起鍋備用 <br />
4 <br />
另一乾鍋放入1大匙[泰山冷壓橄欖油 <br />
5 <br />
爆香蒜片至香味出來 <br />
6 <br />
再放入調味料煮滾後熄火 <br />
7 <br />
放入汆燙過的冬粉 <br />
8 <br />
豆芽.韭.菜及紅蘿蔔絲 <br />
9 <br />
放入兩大匙橄欖油.及白芝麻即可 <br />
