食材 <br />
豬前腳 1隻 鵪鶉蛋 1小包 薑片 5-6片 蒜頭 3顆 醬油 1杯 蠔油 半杯 米酒 1杯 冰糖 半杯 滷包 1包 蔥 3隻 水 適量<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
先起一鍋滾水將豬腳燙出血水,後用清水洗淨濾乾 <br />
2 <br />
除了(鵪鶉蛋)外把所有的材料都放進鍋中,水略醃過食材,開大火 <br />
3 <br />
待滾後轉小火,煮45分後放入(鵪鶉蛋)再煮15分熄火即可<br />
