食材 ( 3 人份 ) <br />
薑 個人喜好 去骨大雞腿 2隻 糯米 2杯 米酒 2杯 黑芝麻油 3大匙 <br />

調味料<br />
鹽味精 少量<br />

作法<br />

薑切薄片,雞腿切兩公分大小備用 <br />
2 <br />
取一鍋,倒入黑芝麻油加熱,再加入薑片煸煨至薑片縮乾變成微黃 <br />

續加入雞腿丁拌炒 <br />
4 <br />
電鍋內鍋放入洗淨的糯米,再將剛炒好的雞肉和薑片放在米飯上面,倒入兩杯米酒(代替煮飯的水)按上開關即可 <br />
5 <br />
30~40分鐘後打開電鍋後再將鍋內的飯和雞肉拌勻 <br />
