雞胸肉 1盒 【醃料】白胡椒粉 少許 【醃料】鹽 半匙 【醃料】酒 少許 蛋黃 1個 太白粉 半杯 樹薯粉(地瓜粉) 半杯 胡椒鹽 適量<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
雞胸肉一條切四段,用醃料醃15分鐘。醃好把蛋黃加入拌勻。太白粉和樹薯粉拌勻。 <br />
2 <br />
油鍋熱,將醃好的雞柳條沾拌勻的粉,壓緊。放入油鍋炸,開中火,炸至有點金黃色。即可。 <br />
3 <br />
撒上胡椒鹽即可食用。 <br />
