紅薯,衆所周知的健康粗糧,含有豐富的賴氨酸、鈣和各種維生素,常吃紅薯有助于維持人體的正常葉酸水平,紅薯中高含量的膳食纖維有還有促進胃腸蠕動、預防便秘和結腸直腸癌的作用。<br />

材料:中等大小的紅薯2個、面粉和玉米澱粉適量(比例大概是3:1)牛奶適量、白糖<br />
做法:1、紅薯去皮切丁上鍋蒸熟<br />
2、蒸好后稍放涼用勺子搗成泥<br />
3、慢慢加入牛奶、面粉(含澱粉)和糖,和成稍有一點點稀的面糊<br />
4、平底鍋放少許油燒熱<br />
5、手上粘少許水,取適量面糊團成球狀后壓扁,放入平底鍋<br />
6、小火兩面煎成金黃色即可
