食材 <br />
牛番茄 2顆 蝦仁 150g 洋蔥片 10g 蒜末 1/2茶匙 蔥花 1茶匙 水 50c.c 番茄醬 1大匙 烏醋 1茶匙 糖 1茶匙 鹽 1/2匙 太白粉水 適量<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
蝦仁川燙至熟後過冷水,牛番茄洗淨去蒂,切滾刀塊備用。 <br />
2 <br />
取鍋燒熟後,加入一大匙油,再加入蒜末,洋蔥,水,放入作法1切好的牛番茄塊,再放入剩餘的調味料(番茄醬,烏醋,糖,鹽) <br />
3 <br />
當作法2炒煮滾後,放入作法1燙熟的蝦仁,續炒約30秒,加入太白粉水勾芡後,撒上蔥花即可。 <br />
