食材 ( 5 人份 ) <br />
豬內里肌肉 300g 薑 50g 青花菜 1~2顆 黑芝麻油 2大匙 <br />

醃料<br />
地瓜粉 1大匙 米酒 1大匙 <br />

調味料<br />
鹽味精 少許<br />
<br />
作法<br />
1 <br />
豬內里肌肉切薄片放入醃料拌勻備用 <br />
2 <br />
取一鍋水煮沸後放入青花菜川燙一分半鐘撈起備用 <br />
3 <br />
取一炒鍋倒入黑芝麻油後再加入薑片炒到薑片變色 <br />
4 <br />
再放入醃好的里肌肉片炒熟 <br />
5 <br />
最後放進剛川燙好的青花菜並調味.拌勻 <br />
6 <br />
起鍋前在鍋邊熗一些米酒即可 <br />
