食材 ( 3 人份 ) <br />
牛奶 390c.c. 細砂糖 60克 蛋白 3個 玉米粒 4大匙<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
準備材料,取一鍋放入牛奶、細砂糖,小火煮至糖完全溶化,不用煮到滾,微溫糖就能溶化,備用 <br />
2 <br />
蛋白攪拌打散後加入步驟1.的牛奶(牛奶溫度不可過高,不然會變成蛋花湯) <br />
3 <br />
將蛋白牛奶用細網過濾3-4次 <br />
4 <br />
加入玉米粒輕輕攪拌一下,並將表面的泡泡刺破 <br />
5 <br />
蓋上鋁箔紙,放入水滾的蒸鍋中,先以大火蒸4-5分鐘 <br />
6 <br />
接著轉小火,在鍋蓋邊放筷子留縫隙,蒸8分鐘 <br />
7 <br />
