家常什錦麵疙瘩<br />
<br />
<strong>材料:</strong> (2~3人份,人多時依比例增加材料即可) <br />
<br />
蕃茄1顆<br />
洋蔥1/4顆<br />
紅蘿蔔1/3條<br />
生香菇3朵<br />
乾香菇5朵<br />
菠菜1把(半斤)<br />
蛋2顆<br />
素肉少許<br />
中筋麵粉適量<br />
清水2000cc<br />
高鮮香菇粉少許<br />
香油少許<br />
<br />
<strong>作法:</strong><br />
<br />
1.乾香菇先泡開,將洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、生香菇、乾香菇與素肉切絲,菠菜切段,蕃茄切塊,蛋汁打散備用。<br />
2.中筋麵粉加冷水攪拌成黏糊狀備用。<br />
3.熱油鍋,將洋蔥絲、紅蘿蔔絲、生香菇絲、乾香菇絲與素肉放入拌炒爆香後,加入2000cc清水煮至滾沸。<br />
4.麵糊以小湯匙依個人喜好大小挖取投入鍋中滾煮後,再加入菠菜與蕃茄煮滾。<br />
5.淋上蛋汁,煮滾後以高鮮香菇粉調味,起鍋前滴上香油即可。
