食材 ( 5 人份 ) <br />
白蝦 1盒 豆酥 2/3包 蔥花 5支 蒜末 4大顆 辣椒末 2大支 紅蘿蔔末 1小段 無鹽奶油 1塊 白胡椒粉 少許<br />

作法<br />

新鮮白蝦以剪刀將蝦頭稍剪掉1/3及剪去蝦鬚,才會避免刺傷及美觀 <br />
2 <br />
準備爆香料:蔥花、辣椒末、蒜末、紅蘿蔔末以及無鹽奶油1小塊 <br />
3 <br />
先以無鹽奶油加熱後,放入泡少許水的豆酥入鍋炒香盛起備用 <br />
4 <br />
再放入其他爆香料大火快炒,讓香氣釋放,接著放入白蝦拌炒,最後再將炒香的豆酥入鍋 <br />
5 <br />
快速的均勻拌炒數下即可起鍋 <br />
