白蝦 一斤 蒜末 2大匙 薑末 2/1大匙 蔥末 半碗 米酒 少許 <br />

白胡椒粉 一茶匙 鹽 2/1茶匙 淡醬油 一大匙<br />

作法<br />

蝦子先修飾去除硬鬚,開背去蝦腸備用, <br />

熱一油鍋,蝦子過油,看到蝦殼變色就可撈起瀝油, <br />
3 <br />
取一炒鍋熱鍋,倒少許油爆香蒜末.薑末.,倒入炸過的蝦子,加入調味料調味,米酒延鍋邊嗆鍋,最後加入蔥末拌炒一下就可起鍋囉~ <br />
