<strong>材料: </strong>(2~3人份,人多時依比例增加材料即可) <br />

洋蔥1/4顆<br />
紅蘿蔔1/3條<br />
生香菇3朵<br />
乾香菇5朵<br />
蛋1顆<br />
素肉燥1罐<br />
快煮菠菜拉麵3塊<br />
高鮮香菇粉少許<br />
老醬油少許<br />

<strong>作法:</strong><br />
<br />
1.乾香菇先泡開,將洋蔥、紅蘿蔔、生香菇與乾香菇切絲備用。<br />
2.將快煮菠菜拉麵以熱開水浸泡至散開備用。<br />
3.熱油鍋,將蛋炒散至半熟,將洋蔥絲、紅蘿蔔絲、生香菇絲、乾香菇絲與素肉燥放入拌炒至全熟。<br />
4.再加入菠菜拉麵及少許水與老醬油拌炒至湯汁收乾後,再以高鮮香菇粉調味即可起鍋。<br />
*麵條可依個人喜好改用油麵、烏龍麵等其他麵條取代。<br />
