藕帶,有些地方又稱之爲藕節或藕尖,是藕的頂芽萌發后長出的白嫩細長的地下莖,它其實是還沒有成形的藕,也是最嫩的藕,每年只有在5月、6月才能吃得到,差不多一個月的上市時間吧,錯過了就只有等來年了。<br />
<br />
材料:藕帶400克、肉50克、青紅椒各一個、蒜籽一瓣、植物油、鹽、醬油、蔥<br />
<br />
做法:1、藕帶輕輕去皮后洗干淨斜切成薄片<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;2、青紅椒切大丁、蒜切片、肉切小塊備用<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;3、鍋熱油,先放入肉炒至變色<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;4、加入藕帶一起翻炒<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;5、加適量鹽和醬油調味調色,翻炒均勻<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;6、砂鍋燒熱,把炒好的藕帶移至砂鍋,小火再加熱一分鍾即可<br />
