雪菜毛豆<br />

<strong>(一)雪裡紅自己做</strong><br />

新鮮細長的綠油菜,用鹽磋揉均勻放入塑膠袋中一天,取出用手再揉均勻,菜梗及菜葉均變的碧綠,色澤鮮綠,好新鮮呀!(每次買回來整包的雪裡紅,到了要用時,經常味道就稍微變味,而自己做的,真的就不一樣呢!)配合其新鮮口感清淡,用了一個綠竹筍,毛豆,肉末,外加2個紅辣椒,完成了這道清爽的下飯菜了,建議您也試試看,自己醃做出來的雪裡紅。<br />

<strong>(二)清淡的雪菜毛豆</strong><br />

<strong>材料:</strong><br />

肉末 四兩<br />
<br />
雪裡紅一把,切碎(擠乾水分)<br />
<br />
鮮筍,開水中川燙,取出切細粒<br />
<br />
毛豆 二兩<br />
<br />
紅辣椒 2支,切碎<br />
<br />
<strong>做法:</strong><br />
<br />
一大匙油燒熱,肉末先爆熟,辣椒末,毛豆下鍋炒熟,筍粒下鍋,少許鹽、少許糖,雪裡紅下鍋炒均勻,炒到乾香即可起鍋。
