食材 <br />
劍筍 半斤 肉絲 適量 豆瓣醬 適量 蒜頭 一顆 醬油 少許 糖 少許 辣椒 1支<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
劍筍先用煮開的熱水燙熟備用 <br />
2 <br />
肉絲加入少量的白胡椒 醬油 抓醃一下 要炒的肉絲我都會稍醃一下 <br />
3 <br />
起油鍋 油熱後放入肉絲 炒到約六分熟 加入蒜末拌炒陸續放入燙好的劍筍 <br />
4 <br />
放入適量的豆瓣醬一起拌炒 喜歡吃辣的人 可再加入生辣椒下去炒 (我買的豆瓣醬是有點辣的 因為有小孩要吃 所以就不另加辣椒了) <br />
5 <br />
加入一些水 用少許的醬油和糖調味水略淹蓋所有食材 悶煮入味後即可盛盤上桌囉 <br />
