茭白筍培根<br />
<br />
<strong>材料:</strong><br />
<br />
茭白筍 三支 (去皮切滾刀狀)<br />
<br />
黑木耳 少許 (用乾的要先發泡去硬的蒂)<br />
<br />
培根片 5片,切3公分寬片<br />
<br />
大蒜2 粒 ,切片<br />
<br />
紅辣椒2支,切片<br />
<br />
青蔥一支,切段<br />
<br />
<strong>做法:</strong><br />
<br />
一、燒一鍋開水,茭白筍及木耳先川燙取出備用。<br />
<br />
二、一小匙油,先將培根以小火煎熟,不要煎焦嘍。<br />
<br />
三、大蒜片、蔥白、辣椒下鍋爆香,茭白筍及木耳下鍋。<br />
<br />
四、調些鹽、雞粉,淋少許酒大火炒均勻,起鍋前青蔥葉下鍋拌勻即可。
