<strong>材料:</strong><br />

A、<br />

春捲皮 10張<br />
<br />
綠豆芽 半斤<br />
<br />
紅蘿蔔絲 半斤 <br />
<br />
木耳絲 少許<br />
<br />
五香干絲 少許<br />
<br />
榨菜絲 少許<br />
<br />
B、<br />
<br />
香菜 少許<br />
<br />
花生粉 少許<br />
<br />
美乃滋 一包<br />
<br />
<strong>做法:</strong><br />
<br />
A、將上述A材料用二湯匙油炒熟,加調味料鹽、柴魚粉少許,炒熟取出放冷備用<br />
<br />
B、取一乾淨的盤子,春捲皮攤開<br />
<br />
C、先用茶匙將花生粉少許放成一小排<br />
<br />
D、將炒熟放冷的材料放入花生上<br />
<br />
E、美乃滋淋上一排<br />
<br />
F、花生粉再放上少許<br />
<br />
G、香菜一小撮,順著春捲皮捲成春捲狀,邊緣用美奶滋封口即完成了<br />

可嚐試二種吃法:<br />

1、將完成的春捲即可食用(清淡可口)<br />
<br />
2、油鍋炸成香脆的春捲也可(可將春捲包小一點,好炸也可愛)<br />
