超簡單辣牛肉飯

食材 ( 1 人份 ) <br />
牛肉 300g 米酒 一湯匙 豆瓣醬 兩湯匙 辣豆瓣醬 兩湯匙 紅蘿蔔 1/3條 薑 兩片 蔥 一條 蒜 兩瓣 肉桂葉 一片 雞湯塊 1/3塊 水 1又1/2碗 太白粉 適量 糖 1/2湯匙<br />

作法<br />

牛肉及蘿蔔切塊,蔥切蔥花 <br />

先將牛肉稍微燙過後撈起, <br />

起油鍋,加入砂糖使其融化變焦糖(為的是讓牛肉上色),加入剛剛燙過的牛肉塊,下辣豆瓣醬及米酒,一起拌炒一下 <br />
4 <br />
加水,蔥,薑,蒜,肉桂葉後,蓋上鍋蓋.小火煮一下使其入味 <br />
5 <br />
水滾後,加入雞湯塊,勾個芡後淋在飯上灑上蔥花,即可上桌! <br />
