食材 ( 6 人份 ) <br />
低筋麵粉 180 g 即食大燕麥片 60 g 紅蘿蔔切小塊 120 g 無糖豆漿 240 cc 蜂蜜(去蘿蔔味) 適量(可自行試味) <br />

攪碎器具<br />
果汁機 或手持攪拌棒<br />

作法<br />

除了麵粉,將其餘材料用攪碎器具打勻,最後拌入過篩麵粉 <br />
2 <br />
混好後的麵糊呈現淡粉紅色。烤盤鋪上不沾烤紙(或抹薄油)後送入烤箱(小烤箱即可) <br />
3 <br />
先烤20分鐘,之後取出將燕麥糕切成自己喜歡的份量,再度送入烤箱烤 20~30分鐘 <br />
4 <br />
出爐後 放涼,用刀 沿著原本分線 分塊取出即可 <br />
5 <br />
若想要表皮更脆 可切塊後 回烤一下下, 另外,完全放涼後 口感變的有點Q <br />
