食材 ( 2 人份 ) <br />
泰國石斑魚 190g 薑、蔥、辣椒絲 適量 甘樹子 1大匙 高湯 1大匙 油 少許 <br />
<br />
調味料<br />
米酒、鹽、味醂、鰹魚醬&nbsp; &nbsp;油 適量 <br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
泰國石斑魚是已經去鰓肚的,料理前再剖開肚確認是否清乾淨! <br />
2 <br />
魚抹上調味料,撒上薑絲、甘樹子,封上保鮮膜 <br />
3 <br />
放入電鍋、外鍋一杯水蒸熟,拿出魚倒掉蒸魚湯汁,放上蔥及辣椒絲擺盤 <br />
4 <br />
起油鍋,放入高湯,滾後即可起鍋,淋在魚上即可完成<br />
