山藥糕<br />
<br />
<strong>材料:</strong><br />
<br />
1、糯米粉一包、約600公克<br />
2、山藥500公克<br />
3、糖、鹽、胡椒粉少許<br />
4、年糕紙一張<br />
<br />
<strong>作法:</strong><br />
<br />
(1)山藥切成丁,厚度約一公分。<br />
(2)糯米粉加五杯水,並加入糖一湯匙、鹽半湯匙、胡椒粉少許、攪拌均勻。<br />
(3)將大約九杯的水在鍋中加熱,將已攪拌好的糯米水與山藥丁慢慢倒入加熱的水中,攪拌成糊狀。<br />
(4)預先將年糕紙放置容器中舖妥,再將已攪成糊狀的材料倒入。<br />
(5)放入電鍋蒸1小時即可完成了。<br />
