芽菜食譜/涼拌芽菜皮蛋豆腐
涼拌芽菜皮蛋豆腐 <br />

材料:嫩豆腐一塊、青花椰苗與紫高麗苗各約30克、柴魚片酌量、無鉛皮蛋一顆、醬油2匙<br />
<br />
作法:<br />
<br />
1.嫩豆腐瀝乾水分。<br />
<br />
2.取出青花椰苗、紫高麗苗,根部撥鬆後,撒在豆腐上。<br />
<br />
3.無鉛皮蛋切丁。<br />
<br />
4.淋上醬料、撒上柴魚片。富有多層次口感的健康芽菜涼拌豆腐上桌!<br />
