雙味四季豆(攝影:祝大姐/大紀元)<br />

<strong>材料:</strong><br />
<br />
1.四季豆半斤,去頭尾、筋。<br />
2.蝦米(肉末),榨菜,切碎。<br />
3.蔥、薑、蒜、辣椒末<br />
<br />
<strong>做法:</strong> <br />
<br />
1.小半鍋油燒熱,將四季豆分二次下鍋炸軟即可,不要炸成焦黃,四季豆的甜味就少了。<br />
2.油倒出,熱鍋將蔥薑蒜辣椒下鍋爆香,少許醬油膏調色,因榨菜及蝦米有鹹味,拌炒均勻,灑把蔥花即可完成。此道菜既簡單又下飯,只需快炒即可。<br />

<strong>備註:</strong><br />
<br />
用肉末(少許醬油、胡椒粉、玉米粉先醃一下)就不用蝦米,不同口味,兩者都很好吃。<br />
