青蒜炒牛肚(攝影:祝大姐/大紀元)<br />

<strong>材料:</strong><br />
<br />
1.滷熟的牛肚一個,切斜薄片<br />
2.青蒜5-6支,切斜絲<br />
3.洋蔥半個,切絲<br />
4.紅辣椒7-8個,切絲<br />
5.薑三片,蒜三個切片<br />
6.花椒一大匙<br />
7.黑胡椒少許<br />
8.料理酒,醬油,糖,香油各少許<br />

<strong>做法:</strong><br />
<br />
1.二大匙油先爆花椒後取出,薑片,蒜片,辣椒絲再爆香。<br />
2.洋蔥絲下鍋炒熟。<br />
3.牛肚下鍋,酒,醬油,糖,黑胡椒陸續下鍋。<br />
4.青蒜下鍋,拌炒均勻,起鍋前淋上一圈香油即可。<br />
