食材 <br />
小排骨 1斤 蔥花 1大匙 地瓜 250g 蒸肉粉 30g <br />

醃肉料<br />
辣豆瓣醬 1大匙 醬油 1大匙 甜麵醬 1大匙 酒 1大匙 胡椒粉 適量 糖 1小匙 香油 1大匙 蒜末 1大匙 薑末 1小匙 蔥末 1大匙<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
豬小排切約3公分長小段,加入醃肉料(醬油,酒,辣豆瓣醬,甜麵醬,糖,蒜末,蔥末,薑末,香油,胡椒粉,水)醃上1小時使其入味. <br />
2 <br />
地瓜去皮切滾刀塊,備用. <br />
3 <br />
取一鋁盆將排骨排入最底層,上面舖滿地瓜,上鍋大火蒸50分鐘(用電鍋約2杯半的水) . <br />
4 <br />
取出倒扣在盤中,撒下蔥花趁熱上桌了.(也可放小蒸籠蒸) <br />
