雙味花椰菜(攝影:祝大姐/大紀元)<br />
<br />
<strong>材料:</strong><br />
<br />
1.綠花椰菜一顆<br />
2.白花椰菜半顆<br />
3.蒜片、紅辣椒絲<br />
4.鮮奶100cc,麵粉一湯匙,培根末少許<br />
<br />
<strong>做法:</strong><br />
<br />
1.花椰菜修成適當大小朵後,入開水中川燙二分鐘取出。<br />
2.少許油、蒜片、辣椒絲爆香,綠花椰菜下過炒熟,少許鹽即取出圍盤。<br />
3.一湯匙油、一湯匙麵粉,用小火炒勻,鮮奶徐徐加入成稀稀的麵糊狀,白菜花入鍋翻炒均勻,少許鹽,起鍋後培根末撒在上面,即完成了。<br />
