<strong>材料: </strong><br />
<br />
1.洋蔥半個 <br />
2.水果醋一大匙 (微甜)<br />
3.西芹三片<br />
4.香菜二支<br />
5.紅椒一支<br />
6.蔥絲一湯匙<br />
7.鹽少許<br />
8.香油一茶匙<br />
<br />
<strong>做法: </strong><br />
<br />
1.洋蔥切絲,泡入冰水中1-2小時,取出瀝乾。<br />
2.西芹去筋去外皮,滾水中川燙呈透明狀,取出入冰水,瀝乾後切絲狀,香菜梗切段。<br />
3.香菜梗、辣椒切絲狀 (切妥後放入冰洋蔥的水中泡一會取出瀝乾)。<br />
4.香菜梗、鹽、蔥絲、辣椒絲、香油先拌勻,再將瀝乾的洋蔥,西芹放在盆中,水果醋放入,均勻的混合拌勻,香菜點綴增加香氣,即完成了。<br />
