食材 ( 2 人份 ) <br />
香菇 2朵 豬絞肉 50克 洋蔥 少許 <br />

醃料<br />
米酒 1大匙 醬油 1大匙 鹽巴 1小匙<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
香菇洗淨去蒂 (挑選的是直徑約5-6公分的香菇) <br />
2 <br />
絞肉加入醃料揉捏一下靜置一旁 <br />
3 <br />
洋蔥切碎,香菇地切碎,熱鍋熱油下去拌炒乘起後加到醃過的絞肉中揉捏混合 <br />
4 <br />
將絞肉分成2份,裝乘在香菇上頭,入鍋煎煮~ <br />
5 <br />
熱鍋熱油~ 先絞肉朝下小火慢煎約3分鐘讓肉上色,翻面,鍋內加一點水,蓋上鍋蓋再悶個3分鐘 (附註1) <br />
6 <br />
打開鍋蓋就可以起鍋了 <br />
