洋蔥、油炸粉、鹽、沙拉油<br />

<strong><font color="#ff8c00">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
一、洋蔥去皮、洗淨、切成圓狀,一圈一圈撥開,裹油炸粉加少許鹽、沙拉油。<br />
<br />
二、起油鍋,油溫不要太高,把裹好的洋蔥圈放入炸至金黃色時,快速撈起裝入盤中,可依各人喜好撒些胡椒鹽調味。<br />
