<br />
<strong><font color="#ff0000">材料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
雞腿五支、醬油一大匙、酒、糖少許、薑汁、油炸粉、青菜少許<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#ff0000">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
一、將雞腿劃刀煮五分鐘,瀝乾水分加醬油、酒、糖、薑汁浸泡十分鐘使入味。<br />
<br />
二、把雞腿撈起沾油炸粉。<br />
<br />
三、起油鍋倒入四杯油燒熱,放入雞腿炸至金黃色,盤內先鋪上青菜作底,再把雞腿放上完成,趁熱食用。<br />
