<strong><font color="#9acd32">材料: </font></strong><br />
<br />
豬肉絲四兩、韭黃一小把、木耳五兩、蔥一支、紅辣椒一支<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#9acd32">調味料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
醬油、太白粉、鹽少許<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#9acd32">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
一、豬肉絲洗淨,放入大碗中加入調味料,醃10分鐘備用。<br />
<br />
二、韭黃、木耳、蔥、辣椒洗淨,切段、切絲。<br />
<br />
三、鍋中倒入兩大匙油燒熱,放入肉絲快炒一下起出,鍋中餘油再加熱爆香蔥絲、辣椒,加入木耳、肉絲炒幾下再加入韭黃炒熟最後加鹽,炒均勻即可。<br />
