備料(先將雞腳汆燙備用) <br />

先將冰糖放入乾鍋待溶化後 <br />

放入薑片及青蔥拌炒一下 <br />
4 <br />
放入汆燙過的雞腳 <br />
5 <br />
放入米酒 <br />
6 <br />
再放入八角及辣豆瓣醬 <br />
7 <br />
放入料亭和露 <br />
8 <br />
香菇素蠔油 <br />
9 <br />
水以中小悶煮約30-35min左右,待汁收乾即可 <br />

成品上桌 <br />
