食材 ( 2 人份 ) <br />
麵腸 4條 蔥段 3支 黃彩椒 1小片 紅彩椒 1小片 香料共和國-山葵椒鹽 適量 鹽巴 少<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
備料:將麵腸隨意撕成碎片、彩椒切成細長段、青蔥切段 <br />
2 <br />
先以少許的油熱鍋後,將麵腸下鍋香煎至表皮微焦 <br />
3 <br />
接著將備料下鍋拌炒 <br />
4 <br />
灑上山葵椒鹽及少許鹽巴調味即可 PS:山葵椒鹽本身有鹹度,所以用量多時鹽巴可以不必加入。 <br />
