食材 ( 6 人份 ) <br />
芋頭 半顆 雞腿肉 1隻 蔥 2支 蒜頭 4瓣 水 適量 <br />

醬油 2大匙 冰糖 1小匙 米酒 1大匙 味霖 1大匙 白胡椒粉 少許<br />

作法<br />

雞腿肉.跟芋頭切塊.蔥切段.蒜頭去皮拍扁 <br />

熱鍋.先下蒜頭.蔥白爆香.再加雞腿肉下去炒.至呈金黃色. <br />

炒香之後.加入芋頭.稍微拌炒至有芋頭的香氣.再加入蔥綠.炒2-3分鐘. <br />
4 <br />
加入調味料炒至上色.加入稍微蓋過雞肉.芋頭的水.開中火煮開.再轉小火慢慢悶煮25-30分鐘 <br />
