芥菜、海參、鮮蝦仁、辣椒、蒜<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#008000">調味料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
太白粉、鹽<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#008000">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
一、芥菜去掉葉子,洗淨。海參洗淨,用滾水川燙過,撈起用冷水澆上,瀝乾備用,鮮蝦去泥腸洗淨。<br />
<br />
二、起油鍋,爆香蒜頭、辣椒,鮮蝦仁炒熟,將川燙好的芥菜、海參倒入鍋中一起翻炒幾下。<br />
<br />
三、用太白粉加水勾芡即可起鍋。<br />
