<br />
<strong><font color="#8b0000">材料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
大排骨400公克、蔥、薑、蒜頭2粒、地瓜粉1-2碗<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#8b0000">調味料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
米酒一大匙、鹽、醬油少許<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#8b0000">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
一、大排骨洗淨,用肉搥拍鬆軟,將蔥、薑、蒜頭切片。<br />
<br />
二、將大排骨放入大碗中,用調味料醃20分鐘撈起。沾裹地瓜粉,兩面沾均勻,備用。<br />
<br />
三、鍋中倒入3至4杯油,油燒熱放入(二)大排骨炸至金黃色即可。
