皮蛋3個、熟鴨蛋3個、雞蛋4個<br />

<strong><font color="#00bfff">調味料:</font></strong><br />

油、高湯2大匙、香油1匙<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#00bfff">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
一、雞蛋打入碗中,加入沙拉油、高湯攪和均勻。<br />
<br />
二、皮蛋和熟鴨蛋去殼,切小塊放入打好的蛋汁中攪和均勻,再放入蒸鍋中,蒸上15-20分鐘,取出待冷卻切片,淋上一點香油即可食用。
