炒螃蟹


材料:<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;螃蟹二隻,蒜仁三粒,薑三片,蔥二支,糖一小匙,沙拉油一大匙,醬油一大匙,清水1/2碗,烏醋,米酒,鹽各少許.<br />

作法:<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(1)將螃蟹去殼洗淨後,切塊備用.<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(2)蔥切成段塊,薑切片,蒜仁拍碎.<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(3)以沙拉油熱鍋後,加入薑片和蒜仁爆香.<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(4)加入鹽,糖,烏醋,醬油及半碗清水,最後再滴上少許米酒.<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(5)把蔥塊加入螃蟹中,即起鍋.
