食材 ( 3 人份 ) <br />
蔬菜類(綠花椰, 蘑菇, 紫洋蔥, 紅甜椒) 適量 三島香鬆(海苔口味) 1小匙 <br />

蛋液<br />
雞蛋 3顆 水 1大匙 太白粉 1小匙 味霖 1小匙 雞粉 1/2小匙 黑胡椒粉 1/4小匙 香菜末 1小匙<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
將蛋液材料攪拌均勻備用 (香菜末可用蔥花代替) <br />
2 <br />
取煎鍋, 熱油炒香蔬菜類, 轉中火, 倒入蛋液, 表面灑上香鬆, 蓋上鍋蓋, 烘3-5分鐘 (火侯與時間請依照自家爐火調整) <br />
3 <br />
翻面後, 再煎到表面熟即完成 <br />
