小黃瓜3條、鴨肫2個、紅辣椒1條、蒜頭<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#008000">調味料:</font></strong><br />

鹽、香油<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#008000">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
一、將鴨肫洗淨,切花片,用滾水川燙即可撈起瀝乾備用。<br />
<br />
二、小黃瓜洗淨切條狀,紅辣椒、蒜頭切片。<br />
<br />
三、鍋內倒入1匙油,將蒜頭、辣椒爆香,再放入小黃瓜和鴨肫炒熟,放入鹽、香油即可食用。<br />
