苦瓜一條、瘦肉少許、紅蘿葡少許、蔥兩支、太白粉<br />

鹽、味精、水<br />

<strong><font color="#008080">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
一、肉片洗淨切條狀,用少許鹽、太白粉抓幾下備用。<br />
<br />
二、苦瓜、紅蘿葡洗淨切薄片,先煮滾水燙熟,撈起備用。蔥切段。<br />
<br />
三、起油鍋,倒兩匙油燒熱。爆香蔥白,再炒肉片至八分熟,加入苦瓜、紅蘿蔔、調味料翻炒入味即可盛盤。<br />
