蚵仔 1包 蔥 2支 雞蛋 3顆 <br />

鹽 少許 鮮味炒手 1匙<br />

雞蛋和蔥花還有調味料放在碗公裡攪拌均勻,蚵仔另外放 <br />

平底鍋熱油後先把蚵仔放下鍋煎 <br />

煎到蚵仔變熟膨脹 <br />

到入蔥花蛋液,要讓每一顆蚵仔都沾到蛋液喔!最後看你想把它煎成一整張像蛋餅一樣,還是弄散像炒蛋,我家比較喜歡炒蛋的方式喔! <br />
