<strong><font color="#8b0000">材料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
五花肉、白蘿蔔<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#8b0000">調味料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
糖少許、酒少許、滷肉包(香料包)、醬油、水<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#8b0000">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
一、五花肉洗淨切大塊,蘿蔔去皮切大塊。<br />
<br />
二、肉先炒爆香,加入蘿蔔,放調味料,煮滾十分鐘。<br />
<br />
三、轉放入燜燒鍋燜煮三小時,五花肉熟爛即可食用。<br />
