食材 ( 2 人份 ) <br />
鯛魚片 1片 芙蓉豆腐 1小盒 蕃茄 1顆 洋蔥 1/2顆 香油 少許 鹽巴 適量 義大利香料 適量<br />

作法<br />

備料:鯛魚片、蕃茄、洋蔥、芙蓉豆腐 <br />

將蕃茄、洋蔥、魚片切塊狀;芙蓉豆腐切方塊 <br />

接著將蕃茄塊、洋蔥塊、魚片塊等放入調理機絞碎成泥狀,放入鍋中加入250cc冷水滾煮 <br />
4 <br />
再放入芙蓉豆腐並調味煮約6分鐘即可 <br />
5 <br />
鯛魚雖然肉質細膩,但仍需咀嚼,與蕃茄、洋蔥一起攪碎後燉煮,營養不流失全在口口湯品中<br />
