雞胸肉炒鮮菇(攝影:林仕傑/大紀元)<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#4169e1">材料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
雞胸肉二片、花枝半隻、鮮香茹四朵、紅蘿蔔半條、蔥、薑、豆夾數片<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#4169e1">調味料:</font></strong><br />
<br />
炸油二杯、鹽、胡椒粉、太白粉少許、水一杯<br />
<br />
<strong><font color="#4169e1">作法:</font></strong><br />
<br />
一、雞胸肉洗淨切斜簿片加少許鹽,加太白粉醃抓幾下。花枝切花條,加鹽、大白粉醃抓幾下。<br />
<br />
二、香菇、紅蘿萄切簿片,蔥切段,薑切片備用。<br />
<br />
三、起油鍋倒二杯油燒熱,將肉片過油撈起備用,鍋內留少許油爆香蔥、薑、香茹、紅蘿萄。<br />
<br />
四、花枝炒熟再倒入炸好的肉片豆夾,加水燜炒一下再倒入太白水勾欠即可盛盤。<br />
