<strong><font color="#a0522d">材料:</font></strong><br />

五花肉或三層肉均可、花椒粒、鹽、胡椒粒(中藥店有售配好的)<br />

<strong><font color="#a0522d">作法:</font></strong><br />

一、肉買回來先不洗水,花椒、胡椒粒拍碎,加鹽抹上肉抹均勻後放在容器醃三至七天入味即可。(先不水洗的原因是放久較不易壞)<br />
<br />
二、食用鹹豬肉時要先洗掉醃料,切薄片,蒜苗切斜段,肉先炒熟有油份出來了,再放入蒜苗炒幾下拌均即可。<br />
第二種吃法也可用水煮熟了切片擺盤,或第三種吃法用烤的,抹糖水再放入烤箱烤熟切片。<br />
