用料:<br />
五花肉 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 辣白菜 <br />
大蔥 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;蒜 <br />
鹽、雞精、糖 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;韓國辣醬 <br />
<br />
1. 將五花肉洗淨,切成片;蔥,大蒜切成片,辣白菜切段備用 <br />
2. 鍋內倒入油燒至七成熱,放入五花肉煸炒 <br />
3. 待五花肉變色后放入蔥、大蒜煸炒片刻 <br />
4. 倒入辣白菜和辣白菜汁,放入少許韓國辣醬翻炒均勻后,蓋上鍋蓋小火悶幾分鍾 <br />
5. 放入適量鹽,雞精和少許糖,翻炒均勻后即可 <br />
